Inflammatory Foods

Today marks the 19th day straight working on our contract. Roilan and I were hired for the summer at the San Diego Zoo performing our Acrobalance act 5 times a day and the Nighttime Zoo Parade in the evening. This has been a rough contract so far but I am grateful for the opportunity. The first week was the absolute hardest as my body was not used to it. It is still hard now but more easy in some ways since the body has reached a more plateau luckily. We are still trying to watch our diets pretty closely to avoid our muscles to have inflammation more than possible and luckily I found an article that talks about inflammatory foods.
